Pros
flexibility, (mostly) relaxed working environment, free lunch, zero discrimination Can grow quickly if you play your cards right. Work from home. Great pension scheme
Cons
Terrible salary vs Irish market and even internally in global SAP environment. Places with lower cost of living paid more for exact same role(internal). New joiners on high salaries than people there 2 years. No consideration for cost of living in Ireland given to salary increases. Team managers try to help but are given terrible budgets for increases. Pension is great, but not when you're 25 and making around 60% of your peers you graduated with.
