Directors and management don’t provide enough time with employees. They are very disconnected from the workers and the actual work the business’s units do. No room for development or career growth Achievements are not recognized as they are in most other organizations. Lack of benefits and vacation time. No work/life balance Management doesn’t actually care about their employees growth, although they may act it or pretend they do.
