Pros

Tech knowledge growth is great, get to work and build on latest technologies and SAP products. Colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable. If your aspiration is tech good company to be in.

Cons

The management, and HR system exists to just brain wash the employees in the name of work ethics and productivity. My career was mishandled by senior managers and above leadership, to protect an incompetent manager, who has no clue of what is managing people and nil people skills. Even HR system is run by managers opinion, though SAP professes employee friendly and strict work place ethics policy. Though I reported my case to HRs and leaders, fought along with my pressuring work culture, Provided enough proofs, nothing came out and was told in the support of my x-manager "not everybody are perfect, he is learning and I should adjust with his lack of people skills". This blew my mind and killed my zeal to work with SAP.

Pros

I really liked my role at SAP. After being a cloud Customer Success Manager supporting strategic clients for several years, I moved into a group doing digital customer outreach including producing newsletters, release enablement, webcasts, documentation, event registrations, etc. Salary and bonuses were good, no complaints there.

Cons

No real cons for the job that I was in, except that our group was eliminated by the corporate restructuring and reduction in workforce in North America in 2025. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately we probably showed up on a restructuring spreadsheet somewhere and it was determined that our services were no longer needed. We off-boarded most of our work to other existing employees (who already had full time jobs), which felt unfair to them, but that is how it shook out.
