      - Fair compensation and benefits - Amazing coworkers and team manager - Supportive day-to-day work environment - Opportunities to grow and learn - Various community groups to join within the company

      Cons

      Layoffs are taking place on a yearly basis. You never know if your position will be affected next. And even if it isn't, you often see your coworkers being let go, which definitely impacts the overall morale.

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
