      innovative products used global scale to do BIG stuff small enough to make a difference

      Cons

      complex industry and company plays a complex role -- makes for lots of ambiguity great customer focus -- great service -- but not as fast on delivery as we need to be

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
