Pros
Decent Salary and good 401k. Benefits are good. Some areas pay attention to work life balance. Building is fairly new. Fast paced environment in some ways (customer interaction, sales, lots of travel if you want it). Do somethings to push the technological envelope.
Cons
Flexible seating arrangement, even for those who come to the office EVERY day means you don't always get to sit by those in your group, and of course, you can't leave anything at your desk overnight. Seems like Management has reduced spending on cleaning and the restrooms can get rather nasty at times. Projects are not well run, and alot of work is prioritized by what is most on fire. Some groups, especially in Development, are allowed to just ignore good development principles (in fairness many of them have been understaffed, but now that they are staffing up, I don't see a change in behavior). Lots of acquired products around which there is sparse tribal knowledge.
