Cons
Incompetent, clueless management. Have no idea how to work in a food service environment, yet behave as though they are experts. Nonsensical instruction, pointless tasks, and asinine busy work are their main focus. The Titanic is sinking, but they want to make sure the deck is mopped. I got hired after 18 years of cooking experience. I immediately moved up to assistant deli manager based on my skills and my ability to spot problems and fix them efficiently. This whole time I thought I wasn't doing well. They TOLD me I was doing well! But today I got fired because I'm "not a good fit." They did this not 5 minutes after I scrubbed the freezer floor clean. Makes no sense. It was a total rug pull. This store is a mess.
