      Lots of feel time to work on personal projects. Lots of time to waste doing meaningless task. Good test enviroment.

      Cons

      Administration will not listen to reason or employees; Nor to good ideas. Low leadership skills from team leaders and administration. Stagnate work environment. Software desgin does not put security first.
