Pros

They do pay higher than any other retailer

Cons

Everyone got a year end bonus from 2025 (even those on LOAs last yr, part time and full time garbage staff) but salary managers got NOTHING! Because they pay high it makes it hard to leave, Removes bonus with no say, hightens targets that are factually impossible to reach therefore monthly bonus' have gone out the window, no communication, its Feb and we still don't have our census report for staffing

Pros

fun getting gratis and hosting in-store events, meeting brand ambassadors/managers, socializing with clients

Cons

manager created a weird environment -- coaching moments were sometimes extremely aggressive for a retail environment; strict on not applying makeup to clients unless they purchase a service. once made me move from a disabled client quickly because I was "spending too much time with them" and to further boost the store sales. felt extremely unethical.
