Pros
The marketing org has the best and smartest people I have ever worked with. Everyone is kind, helpful and overall wants everyone to do well. Remote work if you’re into that. Work life balance is not bad.
Cons
The executive leadership is the worst I’ve ever seen. They don’t take accountability for anything remotely not great. A bunch of egomaniacs with no people skills whatsoever, except for Harley. Thank god they got rid of Kaz. There’s no room for growth in Marketing. Senior leadership can’t make decisions either and everyone has been there since their 20s and don’t know anything outside Shopify. Pay is pretty bad for NY standards, but being remote helps a little.
