Pros
Growth Opportunities. Remote if you look for that. Large exposure to customer-facing problems and understanding of how the business works. Good opportunity for Canadians to get experience at a legit large software company. Good travel and health benefits.
Cons
Top down pressure to use AI tooling to generate subpar code by people who don't understand generative AI/neural networks. CEO has severe dunning-kruger syndrome which permeates into mid-management as well. They pay canadian salaries to americans (canadian midlevel = american junior). Very little incentives to actually get along with your coworkers vs outcompete them.
