Pros
I love working for Shutterfly and being part of the Talent Acquisition team. It is a very collaborative environment with opportunity to grow and learn. Senior leadership is very transparent which I value as this is not always the case for some companies. Great culture with people who are passionate about what they do and wanting to make a difference and add value into our consumers’ lives! Looking forward to continued growth and success of the company and teams within Shutterfly. Very Agile company that is changing and making improvements based on what is best for the business and consumer.
Cons
This is not really a con, however it can get crazy busy at times. I have found that the team and management are very collaborative and willing to help one another out. Working in this supportive environment has been beneficial during times of company growth and change.
