The products are great, and the culture was great while it lasted...
Cons
I used to love working at Shutterfly but the environment has become toxic lately. The turnover within our department was terrible. The managers are micromanagers, and are not competent. They rely on their Creative Directors and Seniors for everything. There is not much of a career path for you here, just busting out production work. They are also cutting a lot of costs in all areas — including our annual raises.
