Company is a mess - Sales Executive Slalom Employee Review

Strong local client base, collaborative team culture, good learning opportunities, and career growth.

Need to adjust quickly to different clients, tools, and expectations.

Good company to work for, treat their employees well. Management upholds their values and company culture is great.

The only thing I would say is a con is you're dealing with clients and sometimes they are unreasonable. If there's area for improvement, management could back up their team members a bit more when client is being difficult but it's not easy all the time. Other than that, management has always been great from my experience.
