      You get a lot of experience and it is fast paced.

      Cons

      Managers play favorites, pay is low and more hours are given to lazy workers in an effort to try to motivate them

      Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

      Cons

      Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
