Pros
None really; some potential for good commission cheques but once you perform well your quota increase will see that you won't get those anymore.
Cons
Grossly underpaid vs market, unrealistic growth quotas, call centre mentality that drains you. Poor management (had 5 different managers over 4 years), Also, it's hilarious that you aren't allowed to take time off over the holidays because it is year-end.
