Pros
good salary, benefits were ok, many of the project managers and staff I worked with were great in terms of temperament.
Cons
Not a lot of movement . If you're comfortable doing the job, be prepared to stay there for YEARS. They make you fill out career development forms, and they act on them in terms of setting up mentorships, coaching, etc but it doesn't lead anywhere very quickly. Some of the project managers can be prima donnas and there are a few who are very unprofessional - talking about their colleagues in a derogatory manner or their clients who they're not in agreement with - it's embarrassing. The culture can be one of pretension depending on which group and office you're working with. It's also very much a silo. If you're a project manager, or an engineer with a lot of project work on your plate - say goodbye to your evenings and weekends.
