Pros

The employees are great. It really feels like family. The 40% discount is awesome. The customer service is top notch, much better than the competitors.

Cons

There isn't a training program per se. Your first couple days of work you do receive some light training. But then it seems you're forgotten about. You have to learn as you go because payroll is ALWAYS tight and you are probably only working two days a week on average. Store manager does not care about the staff. Treats them like children. Does not trust them at all.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
