-40% employee discount -great clientele -opportunities to move up in the company

Cons

-employees are treated as insignificant and replaceable. -employees are talked to in condescending ways by management. -no formal job training -very little regard for personal time off requests -very low pay-not a livable wage.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
