Pros

great discount, awesome sales associates and other management, customers tend to be foodies, working here keeps you knowledgeable about current techniques, the pay is better than most places.

Cons

The DM was never available, very wishy-washy on expectations regarding store operations practices and merchandising, too many conference calls, not enough training available. 25 hours a week for a floor lead makes it almost impossible to live on the salary they pay.

- Very fun work - Get to work with professional chefs - You will actually learn more about cooking in this position than you will taking the classes - Employee discounts

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
