Pros
This is a great place to be employed. The benefits are amazing, and there are plenty of opportunities for advancement. At this place, they do recognize when someone goes above and beyond, and you get the chance to meet and network with high ranking individuals within the company.
Cons
Some of the practices are "outdated" to say the least. And this is a mentally taxing job, be prepared for a mental burnout.
