Pros

Benefits are amazing, very hard to beat. Great insurance, competitive time off, etc. Management is great. Work at home option.

Cons

Culture is not the best. Its hard to get ahead unless you're a yes man. They don't seem to value mental health especially in the department I worked in. We were constantly slammed with work and were just told to deal with it rather than training the departments who were giving us more work how to do their own jobs

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
