Pros

Nice people, great culture of inclusion and belonging. You can be whoever you want here

Cons

Way too much emphasis on achieving GPTW ranking. Employees take advantage of the fact that there is no more performance management with annual ratings and merit bonuses. Instead, the bonuses are equally distributed. Even if you're on a PIP, you get a bonus. Quality of employees and quality of work has suffered.

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
