Pros

Great benefits that start on day one, most of the people that work there are fairly nice

Cons

It's a call center so you sit at your cubicle for 8 hours at a time 2 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch, set schedule weekly, you don't get 2 days off in a row they are random days of the week whatever available, when you get hired on, on busy days you could vary easily get call after call after call, dealing with the exact same problem

Pros

Great benefits, fully remote, my fellow employees are great to work with.

Cons

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
