      Once an ambitious company with a core group of dedicated employees; however the new moot is layoff US employees and replace with international contractors.

      Cons

      Shifting priority and the more incentives they include in a phone plan the the more employees are terminated. The company will gladly work you beyond a 9hr day without overtime.
