Pros

Most of the really talented people and those who truly care about others and still have a soul have departed from T-Mobile, so the only pro I can think of is "it's a job so that you can feed yourself and maybe some of your family"

Cons

Way too many micro-managing, useless middle managers who don't have a clue about the technology, and spend their time shuffling reports rather than rewarding the hard-working employees who keep the big machine running, and focusing on the business of serving customers. It's a typical bureaucratic corporate mentality where 10% of the people do 90% of the work.
