Pros
The pay can be fantastic... IF you are able to excel. I know I have had an incredible year. Thanks to T-Mobile my family has been able to thrive and grow during this recession. We are buying a house!! Everyone from the senior management to fellow reps gives positive feedback and advice whenever needed.
Cons
The job is rough... but that's call center work for you. It's the nature of the beast. Knowing that it is allowing me to pay for my education AND a new home helps me weather the harder calls.
