Pros

- Treats employees fair and with respect - Complex fast paced business - lot of opportunity to learn new things & areas of the business and movement is encouraged, but not pushed - Wireless is one of the few near-recession proof industries - poor results due to competition, not economy - Focus on the T-Mobile Values and getting results the right way - although loosing focus on this - Pay is ok & benefits are good (but have been scaling back pushing more costs onto employees) - Can see innovative ideas can come to life in the marketplace due to individual efforts

Cons

- To get anything done, you need the backing of Dotson. Otherwise projects (with obvious high ROI) will languish for years. - Getting butt kicked by competition & lack of strategy to correct business trajectory. - Scaling back benefits and bonus payouts due to poor results - growth significantly slowing, so much less career growth opportunities than in the past - low morale (due to above reasons)

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
