Pros
The management treats you like equals, the company trains you more fully than any company I've ever worked for and you get paid for it, it's a fun place to work, and I learned a lot. I love this industry. The money-making potential was amazing.
Cons
I really didn't have any problems at T-mobile. Customers complain about their bill, so I fixed their plans. They didn't like their phones, so we found phones that worked for them. It really was just a fun job, and I made a lot of money there.
