The training structure was rushed, understaffed on the floor and constantly being told to find the answer myself even when I know I was on the right document but instructions were not clear to direct the customer in the right direction (customers are always saying how care does not know what the heck we are doing and I could not agree more!!) -training class requirements of not missing a SINGLE day in the 3 weeks of class is absolutely wiild looking back -systems would constantly fail including internet connection -loud music ... cow bells.... enough said.
