To much work for to little pay and time - Customer Service Representative TD Employee Review

Upper management request way to much. Work is just thrown at you even when you have a lot of things to get done. There is not enough time to finish work. With the hours of operation there is no balance between work and personal life. If there is a problem it is not discussed with you but is discussed behind your back. Management are very sneaky. You have to be careful of what you do and how you do it.
