      Pros

      NIce Work enviroment. Generally nice People. Good benefits and generous 401k. Easy to make a career out of it if you want to. Proffessional work enviroment. New technology. The company is growing at a rapid pace.

      Cons

      Employee pay. Managment and up are paid well. Below, grocery store levels. For the work expected or branch personel, pay is lacking.
