      Pros

      One reputation company with good diversity of people. Fair compensation with benefits, bonus and base salary.

      Cons

      Life is getting harder and harder. Not enough staffs and budget. Now a day, even branch manager will need to come out and help the front line very frequently. Work life balance is trending downward. Senior management are controlling everything to keep their report nice to keep their share holders happy.
