Benefits keep shrinking and costing more - pay raises stuck on 2% maximum no matter how productive your are. The more business you create the richer the bonus to your bosses. Bonuses to employees are tied to secret shopper comments - you hit your sales goal but suffer because some customer didn't like all the fees the bank charges. No set work schedules except for managers who almost never work a weekend, open, or close. You may work a 10 hour day one day and 5 hours the next - or work till 7 or 8PM and have to come to work the next day at 7:15AM the next morning. Check out all the class action suits filed against the company and all the times the company was forced to payout - speaks volumes about their disregard for employees and customers.
