Pros

The people that I actually interacted with within the company were very nice. Managers as well as coworkers. The company was terrific about providing necessary equipment to work remotely. The salary was great and lots of excellent benefits. Lots of room for overtime.

Cons

The company does not give you the tools you need to help customers. For example, there is basically no way to send documents electronically. I would say. 98% of things that customers needed such as a copy of a title or send us a bill of sale: it had to be done by fax or mail. This is 2024… Customers would get furious and rightfully so. It was very frustrating to want to help customers, but not have the tools to do so.

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy
