      Great place to work but needs some improvement. - Workforce Planning Analyst TTEC Employee Review

      Pros

      The reason why I am staying with Teletech is because of the people that I worked and currently working with. Leaders leads us properly and are treating us as family. Co-workers are also the same. Another reason is the stability of the company.

      Cons

      There are two reasons why sometimes I am thinking of resigning. First, compensation - our salary package was so low compare to the offer of other companies. My current salary is the same as the salary that an agent has. Second is, the company has a boring/not effective way on appreciating their employees. Other companies has a lot of big things preparing for their employees especially during Christmas and anniversaries (employment. I know you can do better. I hope this survey will be read and will be considered because I've been with Teletech for more than 7 years and always answering surveys and putting the same comment but I never see any changes.

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication

      Pros

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
