      Pros

      One of the best companies in the world. We are part of an organization that is making an impact. We work with brilliant people and the product is unparalleled by its competitors. Literally.

      Cons

      The only downside is Seattle's cost of living is driving the brilliant people to leave the company due to its lack of pay. People are getting triple their pay at other companies for similar jobs.
