      Pros

      Transparency in everything. Leadership is very responsive to external changes, constantly reevaluating strategy. Great product to work on, it's nice to have a feeling that you bring actual value to people. Lot's of interesting and challenging projects.

      Cons

      Growing pains caused by hiring lots of people.
