      RSUs!!! Super generous Supportive sales culture All functions are very supportive of good sales strategies The really nice tableau t-shirts! Pay is decent and good chance to exceed quota if you are hardworking. Very meaningful and fun product and work Customers loved us Passionate about the company mission to "Help people see and understand data".

      Depends on the team and boss you have, the culture can be different Salesforce acquisition erode Tableau's culture
