Pros
Have been with the company several years and despite huge growth, still feel the efforts to maintain a fun, inclusive and rewarding culture are intact. The strategy of heavy reinvestment into the products and technology afford Tableau a leadership position in the market (yes, it's crowded, but the stalwarts are imitating from behind). Executive team and board have acted extremely level-headedly in my opinion, to maximize product value and ensure client success. That makes our job easier as sales staff.
Cons
Rapid growth has meant frequent org chart changes. However, this is mostly at the line level manager and mid-management levels. Fortunately overall individual sales contributor turnover is very low.
