      Great and fun team members, you have the ability to make own schedule, no micromanaging

      Cons

      Long hours, a lot of overtime, too many unnecessary meetings, short staff, they won't hire enough people for peak hours

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
