They only teach the bare minimum and then you fend for yourself after, the techs don't do their jobs so it falls on the CSR and then they expect you to upscale when they can't even do what they are already being paid for

Employees are pressured to submit sales leads or risk being scheduled for mandatory Saturday shifts. Stops are often completed early in the system to improve performance metrics, creating inaccurate reporting. This leaves fewer scheduled services for the following month, forcing employees to scramble to find additional stops just to meet their production goals.
