Pros
Great office with good onsite facilities, free coffee, good location, solid upper management leadership, occasional industry specific perks
Cons
*Poor hiring decisions. *Middle management are not real leaders - people get promoted into these roles for being dependable whilst HR overlooks the fact they possess no leadership skills. *The company as a whole (globally) is overstaffed and underpaid. Due to expansion of the business and frivolous positions created for new employees out of nowhere, expect to be paid the bare minimum for your work. *Ticketmaster touts the same ubiquitous progressivism that every other multinational does, but in reality is a deeply conservative organisation. *Highly bureaucratic. You will eventually find yourself inundated with rules policies and procedures as it pertains to the general operation of the business. Minimal autonomy for the individual. *HR think they have a far more meaningful impact on the business than they really do. *Office gossip extends towards toxic quite often, despite clear employee conduct policies against this. *Healthy confrontation is nonexistent. *Departments and categories are unnaturally segregated from one another. *Beneath the thin veneer of friendly smiles, the core of the office culture is cold and colourless.
