      Pros

      Been with the company for 6 years and 3 months and I worked my way up gradually from a Customer Service Representative to a General Manager. Workimg under Lana Garner (District Manager for Richmond Area) has been amazing! Her leadership and coaching is out of this world! She pushes you to step outside your comfort zone and push you to be great working hours (M-F 9-7, Sat 10-2, and closed on Sun), good pay, benefits, and promotes from within!

      Cons

      No dress down days, would be nice to have those occassionally
