Pros

The only Pro is the pay is good.

Cons

Their marketing strategy is terrible. They want you to put thousands of flyers on cars and homes and visit businesses that want nothing to do with you. If you get a decent District Manager or Regional Manager, consider yourself lucky. I only had one in the 5 years I worked there. As a general rule there is little to no support. Promotions are possible from CSR up to GM but getting past GM is very difficult. If you want to take a vacation you have to ask another GM to cover your store. If you can't find someone to do it, no vacation. If you are the only keyholder working you do not get to take a lunch break. You can order food, sure, but if a customer walks in you stop eating. Btw you are there from 830am to 730pm. No breaks unless another keyholder is with you.

Easy office job, paid ok

It's a scummy business to be in. You're putting people in a bad situation into a worse one.
