      Pros

      the people there are one of the best people i have worked with in the industry. they are team players. really never felt like you were battling by yourself.

      Cons

      the management seems to have lost focus on what the vision of the company is. they continuously have turnovers which changes the strategies. when you continuously change strategies, you can never move forward.

      Best job ever, I was able to play with toys all the time. I usually stayed late to open boxes, and play, then I put them back in boxes like nothing happened and then go home, my wife always thought I was cheating because I was late, sometimes 3AM, but I just can't stop playing with toys, it was awesome.

      Cons

      My wife didn't like my job. She hated when I was late.
