The team members you work with are easygoing and there's a good atmosphere (you're in a toy store after all!)
Cons
Store Managers have ridiculous egos and are for the most part (with few exceptions) not particularly competent. Threaten people by taking away shifts without notice. Do not communicate 'concerns' with people. Make up email addresses to meet quote set up upper manager to collect customer emails to meet their own KPIs. Do not respect hard work and are nepotistic. Very limited options for shifts. Priority is given to younger employees.
