      Pros

      They offered plenty of training seminars, powerpoint presentations, and opportuntities to learn about subjects important to the company. The coworkers were really great as well.

      Cons

      Many employees are underpaid. Lack of meaningful communication from managers. Lack of support from management for allowing workers to "grow and perform".

      Oncall most of the time, constantly changing rules, but not bad

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
