      Pros

      Small company, gift perks, purpose of company is interesting, personable experience with customers.

      Cons

      Not diverse company at all, poor training, not too welcoming, inconsistent resources/programs. They express diversity and in the DC office that was not the case.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
