Pros

Working in a remote office means trans are removed from the corporate "fat" that stifles office culture/vibe and allows for more autonomy, ownership over work, and input into growth strategies. Teams are very siloed, so the vertical you're a part of can have a huge impact to employee experience; luckily I have a an amazing experience and management stream who are incredibly supportive and are genuinely all about working with you to get the best out of you. Ability to work remotely. Working alongside great people from all over the world. Advice: come armed to negotiate your salary!

Cons

Nature of the work and clients can mean fragmented hours (i.e. late nights and weekends) - it's the price you have to pay for flexibility/remote work. Global Operations and HR can be horrific to deal with - it's almost like dealing with the worst kind of incompetent government agencies. Pray you are removed from these teams and don't have to deal with them often.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
